Our guest today is Stephanie Castillo, a Ph.D. student in Science Communication understanding how science videos could be used as a tool for career exploration for high school students. Stephanie is also the founder of Phuture Doctors—an educational media company that produces videos on science, tech, engineering, and math through the lens of representation. With her background in chemistry and training in SciComm and filmmaking, she aims to inspire the next generation of STEM leaders through the stories of scientists of color.
